糖尿病高血压伴急性结石性胆囊炎的围术期治疗

Diabetes,High Blood Pressure with the Perioperative Treatment of Acute Calculous Cholecystitis

目的对糖尿病高血压伴急性结石性胆囊炎的围手术期治疗进行分析探讨。方法选取2012年该院收治的20例糖尿病高血压伴急性结石性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象,对其围手术期进行血糖控制、血压控制以及电解质纠正治疗后,进行手术。结果有2例患者手术切口出现轻微的感染,在经过及时的处理后,得到治愈。20例患者手术均取得成功,手术后恢复较为良好。结论对糖尿病高血压伴急性结石性胆囊炎患者在围手术期进行科学系统的治疗,能够有效提高其手术的成功率。

Objective The diabetes,high blood pressure with the perioperative treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis were analyzed.Methods Our hospital in 2012 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis with 20 cases of diabetes,high blood pressure as the research object,its perioperative blood glucose control,blood pressure and electrolyte correct treatment,surgery.Results 20 patients after the treatment of perioperative surgery has obtained the good curative effect.Conclusion For patients with acute calculous cholecystitis with diabetes,high blood pressure in the treatment of perioperative science system,can effectively improve the success rate of surgery.
