不同健康教育方式在2型糖尿病护理中的应用对比

Comparison of different health health education methods in the nursing of type diabetes

目的对比分析在2型糖尿病护理中不同健康教育方式的临床效果。方法选取2011年5月—2014年7月期间该院接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者100例,平均分为观察组与对照组,各50例患者。观察组:接受强化式健康教育;对照组:接受健康教育方式为说教。两组连续接受教育4个月,对比评价效果。结果:对照组患者在血糖、胆固醇、糖尿病相关知识的积累方面不如观察组患者。每周血糖测量人数,观察组患者多于对照组,P<0.05。结论强化式健康教育方法可以使2型糖尿病患者的自主能力得到提升,患者对于糖尿病的相关知识有了更多的了解。患者的血糖水平与代谢情况有了明显的好转,积极性得到提高,效果优于单纯说教式健康教育。

Objective A comparative analysis of the clinical effect of different ways of health education in type 2 diabetes care.Method 100 type 2 diabetic patients during 2011 May to 2014 July were selected in our hospital treatedpatients,divided into observation group and control group,each 50 patients.The observation group：intensive health education;the control group received health education mode for thesermon.Two groups of continuous education for 4 months,the contrast effect evaluation.Result Patients in the control group in blood glucose,cholesterol,diabetes related knowledge accumulation as the observation group patients.The number of weekly blood glucosemeasurements,patients in the observation group than in the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Strengthen health education method can make the patients with type 2 diabetes independentability,knowledge about diabetes mellitus patients have more understanding.Blood glucose levels and metabolism of patients have obvious improvement,enthusiasm is improved,the effect is better than pure didactic health education.
