尿微量白蛋白检测对2型糖尿病肾病患者的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Detection of Microalbuminuria in Patients with Type2 Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究尿微量白蛋白检测对2型糖尿病肾病患者的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2015年1月该院收治的68例2型糖尿病肾病患者临床资料,将其作为研究组,同时选取68例同期行健康体检的正常者作为对照组,检测两组尿微量白蛋白(mAlb),并对检测结果进行分析。结果两组mAlb水平值均处于正常范围内,且研究组mAlb水平值显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);mAlb含量与性别无关,但与患者的病程呈正比例关系。结论尿微量白蛋白可更加准确反映2型糖尿病肾病患者肾功能受损程度,对提前确诊2型糖尿病肾病具指导性意义。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of microalbuminuria in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of 2014 January-2015 year in January in our hospital 68 cases clinical data of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,as a study group,while over the same period 68 cases selected row of normal healthy control group,detection two microalbuminuria（mAlb）,and to analyze the test results.Results Results the mAlb levels of two groups of values were in the normal range,and the study group mAlb level was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the content of mAlb has nothing to do with gender,but with the patient＇ s course was in direct proportion relationship.Conclusions Microalbuminuria can more accurately reflect the level of function in type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients with renal damage,on the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic nephropathy instructive significance.
