摘要
针对大功率开关电源的需求,介绍了常用的并联均流方法。通过对参数的详细计算,设计了基于UCC29002的电源并联均流电路。为满足电源系统的可靠性要求,通过分析不同冗余方案,设计了基于MOS管的电源并联系统冗余电路。通过2台电源模块并联实验,验证了均流电路的有效性。
Aiming at the requirement of high-power switching power supply,this paper introduces some common current sharing methods. The power supply parallel current-sharing based on UCC29002 is designed by detailed calculation of parameters. To satisfy the reliability requirements of power supply system,different redundancy schemes are analyzed and a redundancy circuit of parallel currentsharing system based on MOSFET is designed. The current-sharing circuit is validated by parallel experiment of two power modules.
