摘要
卓越绩效管理是现代质量管理的最新理念和方法。文章在概述我国图书馆管理与评估工作发展情况、分析其问题基础上,论述卓越绩效管理模式对公共图书馆的适用性、必要性以及卓越绩效管理对图书馆行业发展的价值。
Performance excellence management is the latest idea and method of modern quality management.Based on summarizing the management and evaluation of Chinese librarianship, and analyzing its problems, this paper discusses applicability and necessity of performance excellence management for public library,and the value of it to library development.
