提高食品检验准确性浅析

近年来，随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，广大群众对食品质量的要求也越来越高。但不断发生的我国食品安全问题，一方面严重影响了广大人民群众的身体健康，另一方面也严重制约了我国食品行业的健康发展。为此，必须高度重视食品安全问题，而加强食品质量检验，不断提升检验的水平和准确性，有利于杜绝存有安全隐患的食品流向餐桌，因此，如何提高食品检验的准确性、保证食品质量安全可靠是一个十分重要的现实问题。本文在系统介绍影响食品检验准确性的诸多因素的基础上，进一步提出了增强食品检验准确性的措施方法。
