摘要
随着3D打印技术的快速发展，在食品行业中的研究与应用也进入了快速发展期，出现了很多新进展。本文介绍3D打印食品技术在肉类加工、休闲食品行业、餐饮业和健康医疗食品等领域的新进展，分析其对传统食品行业深远的影响。
With the rapid development of 3D printing technology, its research and applications in food industryis phasing into a fast lane, leading to many new progresses. This article introduces several progresses in meat production, leisure food industry, restaurants and healthy and medic food. Its profound influence on traditional food industry is also discussed.
