摘要
中等职业学校的实践教学环境是各种有形的"硬件环境"和无形的"软件环境"的综合体。"硬件环境"建设以实训基地为主体,"软件环境"以制度建设为关键环节。建设对接职业岗位的中等职业学校校企双主体实践教学体系,必须使教学过程与真实的社会生产过程对接。
The practical teaching environment in secondary vocational school is a combination of tangible "hardware environment"and intangible"software environment". We consider training base as the mainstay of the"hardware environment"construction, teaching staffs and system environment as the key link of the"software environment"construction. This paper tries to discuss the practice teaching environment construction approaches from three aspects, training base, teaching staffs and system environment.
