摘要
超大型沉管的浮运是沉管隧道施工中难度和风险最大的工序之一。为了保障沉管在有限航区、外海、大流速等恶劣条件下的浮运安全,从演练、导航软件、风险排查等方面着手严抓安全和风险管理。从目前15节沉管的浮运效果看,采用的一系列风险控制措施是有效的,风险管理方式和方法可以在类似工程中参考应用。
The ultra-large immersed tube floating is one of the most difficult and greatest risks in the construction of immersed tunnel. To maintain floating security in the narrow channel, open seas and adverse current conditions, we strictly strengthened the safety and risk management in the aspects of drills, positioning system, and risk investigation. Looking from the present floating efficiency of the 15 immersed tubes, a series of risk control measures are effective. The risk management method can offer experience for similar projects.
