摘要
节段式预制沉管在顶推过程中各节段间无钢筋或预应力钢绞线连接,容易对节段间剪力键混凝土造成损伤,对顶推设备和顶推同步性要求极高。通过对多种顶推方案的比选,港珠澳大桥岛隧工程预制沉管纵向移动选用了多点步距式顶推技术,并在顶推施工中对顶推系统进行了一系列的优化,保证了预制沉管顶推的安全和效率。
In the pushing process of sectional prefabricated immersed tube, no steel bar or prestressed steel strand connection between the various segments, it is easy to damage the shear connector in joint segment, and the requirements of pusher equipment and push synchronization are very high. Through a variety of pushing scheme comparison, we selected the multi- point interval type pusher technology for the prefabricated immersed tube longitudinal move in the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island and tunnel project, conducted a series of optimization for the pushing system during pushing construction, and ensured the pushing safety and efficiency of prefabricated immersed tube.
