摘要 为适应港珠澳大桥大型化、工厂化、标准化的建设理念,通过引进国外先进设备,提高施工技术水平,合理运用新型技术,达到钢筋施工技术最优化。沉管隧道预制钢筋加工采用全自动钢筋加工生产线,钢筋笼施工采用流水化区域绑扎工艺。主要介绍港珠澳大桥沉管钢筋笼施工技术以及变形控制方案。 In order to meet the large-scale, industrialized, standardized construction concepts of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, through introducing advanced foreign equipment, improving construction technologies, using new technological inventions reasonably, we achieved the optimization of steel construction technology. The immersed tube tunnel prefabricated steel was processed by automatic steel processing lines, the steel cage construction used the streamlined regional banding process. This paper mainly introduces the construction techniques and deformation control for the immersed tube steel cage of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Maeao Bridge.
