大体积混凝土温度应力仿真分析及防裂措施 被引量:9

摘要 港珠澳大桥西岛暗埋段为大体积混凝土结构,施工前必须根据实际工况对大体积混凝土进行温度应力仿真分析计算。通过应用大型有限元软件MIDAS/Civil,按照港珠澳大桥岛西岛暗埋段的实际尺寸和施工组织计划建立有限元模型进行仿真分析计算,同时考虑施工阶段、大气温度、养护条件、冷却水管、混凝土配合比等设置计算参数,根据计算结果制定了相应的防裂技术措施,以达到提高结构的承载力和耐久性的目的。 The buried section of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) west artificial island is the mass concrete structure. Before construction, we must carry the temperature stress simulation analysis and calculation for mass concrete according to actual conditions, and formulate the anti-cracking technical measures according to the results of the calculation, in order to reach the purpose of improving the bearing capacity and durability of structure. By using large-scale finite element software MIDAS/Civil, according to the actual size and construction organization plan of HZMB west island to establish finite element model for the simulation analysis and calculation, meanwhile, considering the construction phase, atmospheric temperature, curing conditions, cooling water pipe, concrete mixture ratio on setting up the calculation parameters. According to the calculated results, we formulated the anti-cracking technology measures.
