Construction technology for prefabricated immersed tube template of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island and tunnel project

港珠澳大桥岛隧工程沉管预制采用工厂法施工,是目前世界上体量最大的钢筋混凝土预制构件,其模板采用由德国PERI公司设计的全液压大型钢模板,具有精度高、操作方便、工效高等优点。文中论述了模板结构、工作原理和施工工艺,以期为类似工程模板设计和施工提供借鉴。

The prefabricated immersed tunnel construction in Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island and tunnel project used the factory method. The upper body is the largest precast reinforced concrete in the world, which uses large hydraulic steel template designed by the Germany PERI, with high precision, easy operation, and high efficiency. This paper describes the template structure, working principle and construction technology, in order to provide a reference for template design and construction of similar projects.
