全球化语境下教育国际化发展战略探讨——以辽宁为例

教育国际化已然成为一种不可阻挡的世界潮流和普遍现象。辽宁作为国家教育资源大省的开放省份,需要增强国际化教育理念,实施积极的教育国际化发展战略。从政府管理层面要加强顶层设计、政策扶持和对外交流,引导和推动国际化办学的快速发展;从院校主体层面要在国际化发展战略和培养目标、课程体系、办学模式、信息化校园建设等方面发挥创造性作用,努力构建体现现代性、科学化、开放性为特征的教育格局。

Internationalization of education has become an irresistible trend of the world and the common phe- nomenon. As a coastal open province, Liaoning＇s higher education needs to strengthen the concept of international e- ducation, carry out a positive development strategy of education internationalization. On one hand, the department of government authority should strengthen top-level design, policy support and foreign exchange, guide and promote the rapid development of international education; On the other hand, the colleges should play a more creative role in in- ternational development strategies, such as main training target,curriculum system,pattern of running schools,the in- formational campus, etc, strive to build a modern, scientific, open education pattern.
