摘要
高职院校创新人才培养是一个重要研究领域,知识三角理论则是研究高职院校培养创新人才协同机制的新视角。本文基于这种理论视角,分析高职院校构建培养创新人才协同机制的影响因素并探讨高职院校培养创新人才协同机制的构建途径。
Cultivating innovative talents in Higher Vocational Colleges is a very important research field, and the theory of knowledge triangle is a new perspective for vocational training innovative talent coordination mechanism. This paper ,based on the perspective of this theory, intends to analyze the influence factors of higher vocational col- leges to construct the training innovative talent collaborative mechanism, and explore the ways for higher vocational colleges construct the cooperative mechanism of cultivating innovative talents.
