In this paper, Student A with family financial difficulties is taken as an example. Her father suffered a sudden severe acute disease and was hospitalized for emergency treatment, the school timely took corresponding measures and obtained the student＇s trust through empathy. In addition, the school helped the student establish a so- cial support system and carried out frustration education and financial assistance, so that she could regain self-confi- dence and restore normal study and life as soon as possible.
