摘要
战略导向的人才培养绩效管理体系强调高职院校人才培养绩效管理应成为学校战略工作的重要组成部分。文章探讨了高职院校人才培养绩效评价体系的背景以及与战略目标的关系,同时分析了如何根据平衡记分卡理念、关键绩效指标法来确定学校的战略目标和构建基于战略导向的人才培养绩效管理体系。
The personnel training in higher vocational colleges which are strategic orientation should be an impor- tant part of the work in performance management strategy. This paper discusses the background of personnel training performance appraisal system, and the relationship with the Strategic goals. This paper analyzes how to the use the tools )of the balanced Scorecard concept and the key performance indicators, which help the college to determine the strategic objectives of the school and build strategic orientation of personnel training performance management system.
