高职外语分级教学模式的实践与思考

摘要 传统高校行政分班,"教学一刀切、齐步走"的模式,表面上是为学生提供"公平、民主"的学习机会,实质上很难满足学生个性化发展需求。尤其是高职院校,生源类型复杂、外语水平高低不同,致使教学难度加大。本文阐述了分级教学的实施意义,探讨了高职外语分级教学的可行性实施及改革中存在的问题,提出了改进措施和建议。 Traditionally in many colleges, classes are divided with one rigid standard. It seems that it provides an equal and democratic way of studying for students, but essentially, it can hardly meet the need of students' indi- vidual development. Especially in higher vocational college, the diversity of student resources and the big difference of students' foreign language levels make the teaching harder and harder. This paper expounds the significance of graded teaching, talks about the possibilities and problems of graded teaching and raises some improved measures and suggestions.
