摘要
依据当前旅游业对人才的需要,本文分析了当前高职旅游管理专业在人才培养方面存在的问题,提出了高职旅游管理专业人才培养方案的优化对策。
According to the current tourism industry demand for talent, this paper analyzes the problems existing in higher technical and vocational education of tourism of talents-training mode, in the last, the paper puts forward optimization countermeasures of higher technical and vocational education of tourism talents-training mode.
