吉林大学珠海学院2016-2020年事业发展规划思路探究

结合吉林大学珠海学院2016-2020年事业发展规划的制定,分析学院面临的发展机遇与挑战,提出将内涵式发展和高水平建设作为学院未来五年发展的关键。在深化"特色"内涵的基础上,坚持"应用型"大学的战略目标;在"高水平"上下功夫,通过体制机制的改革与创新,突破制约学院发展的瓶颈问题。

Integrated with the development program of Zhuhai College of Jilin University in the year 2016 to 2020, the present author is going to analyze the opportunities and challenges of the college＇s development during the next five years and finally to put forward the idea which considers connotative development and high-level construc- tion as the crux of the next five years＇ development. Based on the deepening development of the ＂characteristic＂ connotation, the present author proposes that college should persist in the strategic target of building practical uni- versity, and pay more attention to the high-level development. By reforming the system and mechanism, Zhuhai Col- lege will break through the bottle-neck constrains during its development.
