论新形势下教师队伍素质的提高途径

鉴于教师素质在教育教学改革中扮演着重要角色,而目前教学过程中教师自身存在着诸多问题的情况,本文提出了从崇高的师德、广博的文化知识和精深的专业知识、良好的身心素质以及正确的人才观等四个方面来加强教师素质地提高。

In view of the teachers＇ quality plays an important role in the education teaching reform, and there are many problems in the process of teachers＇ teaching situation, this paper puts forward from the lofty ethics, exten- sive cultural knowledge and profound professional knowledge, good physical and mental quality, and the right talent and so on four aspects to strengthen to improve teachers＇ quality.
