摘要
本文运用认知行为治疗技术,对一位因失恋引发严重心理问题的女大学生实施咨询帮助。经过七次的短期咨询治疗,取得了一定的进展,求助者焦虑烦躁情绪得以缓解、睡眠改善、退缩行为减少,社会功能得到恢复,增加了求助者对自己、对生活的信心。
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is used in this paper to help a college student suffering severe psy- chological problem because of a failed relationship with her ex-boyfriend. Progress has made after seven times' therapy. The consultant has calmed herself and the irritable mood and insomnia has nearly disappeared. She can come back to the right track and live a relatively normal life. And the college girl has gained the confidence to life and herself.
