摘要
企业信息化的高速发展,使得IT系统已成为电信行业竞争的基础,电信企业IT系统的运营支撑能力在很大程度上影响到其业务竞争力,测试作为IT系统质量保障的最重要手段越来越受到重视。文章从IT系统的测试及整体的系统质量管控角度进行论述,分析电信行业IT系统建设生命周期各阶段质量问题及相应的测试解决方法,以及中国联通质量管控发展情况,阐述软件测试作为质量保障的重要手段与IT系统提升的紧密联系,并对联通研究院现有的各类IT测试进行简要总结和概述,对中国联通质量管控能力的进一步提升和后续IT测试的规划、发展有一定的借鉴作用。
The rapid development of enterprise information technology has made IT system become the basis of competition for telecommunication industry. The operational support capacity of IT system largely affects the competitiveness of a telecomunication enterprise. As the most important means of IT system quality assurance, test is paid more and more attention. From the view of IT system testing and management and control of overall system quality, this paper analyzes quality problems, corresponding solutions and the development of quality management at every stage of construction cycle of IT system in telecommunication industry. It states that software testing is an important means of quality assurance and it is closely tied with the promotion of IT system, and briefly summarizes the existing IT testing ways of Chinaunicom Research Institue.This paper will provide some references for further promotion of management and control capacity of ChinaUnicom, and subsequent planning and development of IT testing.
