摘要
为解决LTE网络Fast Return踏空现象,天津联通网络优化中心展开广泛调查研究。文章结合LTE建设初期的优化经验,阐述CSFB及FR的基本功能和应用情况,讲解LTE-FR踏空现象的发现。使用数学建模列举易发生此类问题的场景,通过测试与理论相结合的方式评估其危害。最终,文章阐述采取暂时关闭4G网络覆盖边缘3G基站FR功能的方法解决高投诉区域的踏空问题。通过对这一问题的深入研究,提升LTE用户感知,优化网络边缘覆盖水平,为后续优化工作提供参考建议。
To solve the Fast Return step empty problem of LTE network, Tianjin Unicorn network optimization center does an extensive investigation and research. Combining with the optimization experience at the beginning of LTE construction, this paper states the basic functions and applications of CSFB and FR, describes the discovery of LTE-FR, lists scenes in which problems like this often happen by using mathematical modeling, and assesses hazards which may happen by testing and combining with theory. At last, this paper describes that the step empty problem in high complaints region is solved by temporarily closing FR function of 3G base stations at 4G network edge. It will provide references for subsequent edge network optimization.
