中西医结合疗法治疗老年肺源性心脏病急性发作的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Therapy on Aged Patients with Acute Episode of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗老年肺源性心脏病(肺心病)急性发作的临床疗效。方法选取2014年2月—2015年2月广元市第四人民医院收治的老年肺心病急性发作患者85例,按随机数字表法分为西医组(n=40)和中西医结合组(n=45)。在常规综合治疗的基础上,西医组患者给予青霉素、茶碱缓释片、双氢克尿噻治疗;中西医结合组患者在西医组基础上联合中药治疗,两组患者均治疗15 d。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状(咳嗽和气喘)评分及临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者咳嗽和气喘评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后中西医结合组患者咳嗽和气喘评分低于西医组(P<0.05)。治疗后西医组患者显效12例,有效19例,无效9例;中西医结合组患者显效17例,有效25例,无效3例。中西医结合组患者临床疗效优于西医组(u=-1.498,P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗老年肺心病急性发作的临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗,且能明显改善患者临床症状和心肺功能。

Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and Western therapy on aged patients with acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods A total of 85 aged patients with acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease were selected in the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Guangyuan from February 2014 to February 2015,and they were divided into A group（n = 40）and B group（n = 45） according to random number table. Based on the routine comprehensive treatment,patients of A group were given penicillin,aminophyline sustained release tablet,hydrochlorothiazide,while patients of B group given extra traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of A group,both groups treated for 15 days. Clinical symptoms （including cough and asthma）score before and after treatment,clinical effect between the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant differences of cough score or asthma score was found between the two groups before treatment（P 〉 0. 05）;while cough score and asthma score of B group were statistically significantly lower than those of A group after treatment（P 〈 0. 05）. In A group,12 cases got excellent effect,19 cases got good effect,9 cases were invalid;In B group,17 cases got excellent effect,25 cases got good effect,3 cases were invalid,the clinical effect of B group was statistically significantly better than that of A group（u = - 1. 498,P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western therapy has better clinical effect on aged patients with acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease than pure Western therapy,which can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the cardio - pulmonary function.
