摘要
目的研究食品理化检验中微波消解处理方法与应用价值。方法对食品的理化检验样品进行微波消解处理,分析取样量、试剂加入量和消解时间。结果在检验中控制好微波消解处理的时间、温度、取样量、试剂加入量能够有效避免出现消解液过酸,降低微量元素损失,并提高检测效率,简化检测步骤,各种微量元素的测定结果精确度高,检测结果的稳定性和重显性均较好。结论在食品理化检验前,微波消解处理具有简便、经济、快速等特点。
Objective To study the food physical and chemical inspection of microwave digestion processing method and application value.Methods To digest food samples with microwave and to analyze the amount of reagent and digestion time.Results Controling wel in the test of microwave processing time, temperature, sample quantity, the amount of reagent can effectively avoid the digestion liquid acid, trace element loss reduction, improve the detection efficiency, and simplify the testing steps. The determination results of trace elements and standards were in accordance with standard, the stability and the dominant of the test results were also good.Conclusion Before food physical and chemical inspection, microwave digestion processing is simple, economical and fast, and its application value is obvious.
