摘要
目的调查与分析中小学生营养知识及饮食健康行为。方法 2014年8月~2015年2月,对600名中小学生(小学生400名、中学生200名)的营养知识及饮食健康行为进行调查。结果中学生与小学生的营养知识得分分别为(4.89±1.23)分和(3.89±1.11)分,中学生的营养知识得分高于小学生(P〈0.05)。中小学生存在荤素搭配不合理、不吃早餐等多种不良饮食习惯,对早餐、牛奶、水果等摄入不够重视,偏食、乱吃零食现象严重。结论中小学生的营养知识比较贫乏,饮食健康行为存在不足,需要积极进行干预,促进中小学生的健康。
Objective To investigate and analyze student's knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating behaviors.Methods From August 2014 to February 2015, 600 school children(400 pupils students and 200 high school students)were given the knowledge of nutrition and healthy eating behaviors survey. Results Nutritional knowledge of middle school students and Pupils' scores were(4.89±1.23)and(3.89±1.11)points, nutrition knowledge of middle school students' score was significantly higher(P〈 0.05). Lunch in the proportion of students three meals a day maximum, but lunch was higher than the proportion of primary school students(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The nutritional knowledge of primary and middle school students is relatively poor, and there is a shortage of food and health behaviors, Need to actively intervene to promote the health of primary and middle school students.
