急诊科常见的职业性危害因素及职业防护分析

Analysis of Occupational Hazards and Occupational Protective Measures in Emergency Department

目的分析急诊科常见的职业性危害因素及职业防护措施。方法选取2014年1~12月我院急诊科在岗护理人员46名,分析其常见的职业性危害因素以及相应的防护对策。结果物理因素与社会心理因素是对急诊科护理人员造成职业危害的主要原因,所占比例分别为58.70%,17.39%。结论由于物理因素以及心理因素是急诊科护士常见职业性危害因素,因此需加强护理人员的安全教育,建立完善的管理制度,加强职业防护措施。

ObjectiveTo analyze occupational hazards and occupational protective measures in the emergency department.Methods 46 nursing staffs in our hospital in the emergency department were selected from 2014 January to December to analyze the occupation hazard factors and protection measures. Results The physical factors and psychosocial factors were the main reasons that caused occupational hazards for emergency department nurses, where the proportion were 58.70% and 17.39%.Conclusion Due to physical factors and psychological factors are emergency nurses’ common occupational hazards, and therefore they need to strengthen the safety education of nurses, establish a sound management system, strengthen job protection measures.
