AS-20在术前生存质量评估中的临界值研究

目的探寻成人斜视生存质量量表（AS-20）在斜视患者术前生存质量评估中的最佳临界值。方法以本院2014年1月~2015年1月收治的280例成人斜视患者为研究对象,绘制被调查者工作特征曲线,寻找AS-20的最佳临界值。结果所有患者两量表得分呈正相关（P〈0.05）;AS-20的临界值达到74.5分时,被调查者工作特征曲线在左上方距离标准参照线最远。结论 74分是AS-20在斜视患者术前生存质量评估中的最佳临界值。

Objective To explore the optimal critical value of the quality of life of the patients with strabismus in the patients with AS-20.Methods In this hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, 280 cases of adult patients with strabismus were treated as the research object, drawing the characteristics curve of the respondents, looking for the best critical value of AS-20.Results Al patients had a positive correlation （P 〈 0.05）, the critical value of AS-20 reached 74.5 points, and the working characteristic curve of the respondents was the furthest distance from the standard reference line at the top of the left.Conclusion 74 points is the best critical value of AS-20 in evaluating the quality of life of patients with strabismus.
