摘要
目的探析半封闭式缝合治疗肛瘘效果。方法研究对象取2013年11月~2014年11月本院肛瘘患者56例,给予低切高挂手术治疗。将其分为两组,28例创面完全敞开,入组对照组,余28例入组研究组,接受半封闭式缝合。观察对比两组治疗疗效。结果组间对比,研究组创面愈合所需时间短,并发症少,治疗有效率高（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论半封闭式缝合治疗肛瘘具有效果。
ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of semi closed suture in the treatment of anal fistula.Methods56 cases of the object of study from November 2013 to 2014 November were choused, giving patients with low cut high hanging operation, and divided into two groups. 28 cases were completely opened in the control group, the remaining 28 cases in the study group with the semi closed suture.Comparison of two groups of curative effect.Results The time of wound healing in the study group was shorter than that of the control group, and there were significant differences in the treatment efficiency （P〈 0.05）.ConclusionSemi closed suture in the treatment of anal fistula is in effect.
