观察小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的效果

Observation of the Small Incision Thyroid Resection for the Treatment of Thyroid Tumor

目的观察小切口甲状腺切除术在治疗甲状腺瘤方面的临床疗效。方法 90例甲状腺瘤患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组各45例,对照组采用传统切除术进行治疗,治疗组采用小切口甲状腺切除术治疗,比较两组患者的手术、术后情况。结果治疗组手术情况(手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、住院时间)明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组,切口美容评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用小切口甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤,手术操作时间短、切口小、术中出血量少、恢复速度快、疼痛小、美容效果好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy about the smal incision thyroid resection in the treatment of thyroid tumor.Methods 90 patients with thyroid adenoma, randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases every group.The control group treated with traditional resection treatment, the treatment group treated by smal incision thyroidectomy, comparing two groups of surgery, postoperative situation.ResultsThe observation group operation situations （operation time, incision length, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay） was superior to the control group （P〈 0.05）; visual analogue scale （VAS） was lower than the control group, postoperative incision beauty scores higher than that of control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The smal incision treatment of thyroid adenoma, thyroid gland resection operation time is short and has smal incision, less intraoperative blood loss, faster recovery, little pain,and good cosmetic effect.
