饮食控制缓解复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer With Diet Control

目的探讨饮食控制在缓解复发性口腔溃疡中的临床应用价值。方法以80例复发性溃疡患者为研究对象进行不耐受食物检测,对所有患者临床效果进行评价。结果 80例复发性口腔溃疡患者实施饮食控制3个月后,复发性口腔溃疡缓解率为76.3%(61/80)。结论饮食控制在缓解复发性口腔溃疡中有较好的应用价值,能有效指导复发性口腔溃疡的治疗。

Objective To investigate clinical value of the diet control in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers.MethodsThe clinical effect of 80 cases of recurrent ulcer patients were evaluated by the food testing.Results80 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcers implemented diet control three months , recurrent oral ulcers remission was 76.3% （61/80）.Conclusion Dietary control has good application value in aleviating recurrent oral ulcer, which can guide the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.
