关于根分叉病变的临床诊治方法讨论

Discussion on Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Methods of Root Bifurcation Lesions

目的对根分叉病变的临床诊治方法进行分析与讨论。方法选取2013年我院收治的31例根分叉病变患者的临床资料,对其进行回顾与分析。结果经过我院治疗后,所有31例根分叉病变患者牙龈出血指数,牙周袋探诊深度和附着水平值有所下降,治愈出院。结论根据患者不同的情况,制定不同的治疗方案,可以有效的治疗根分叉病变。

Objective The clinical diagnosis and treatment of bifurcation lesions were analyzed and discussed.Methods31 cases from 2013 in our hospital of clinical data about bifurcation lesions, and it’s review and analysis.Results After hospital treatment, al 31 cases furcation gingival bleeding index, probing pocket depth and attachment level were significantly decreased and cured.Conclusion Patients with different circumstances, for different treatment options can effectively treat the root bifurcation lesions, and improve furcation treatment.
