探讨壳聚糖医用生物流体敷料治疗手部皮肤创伤的临床效果

To Investigate the Clinical Effect of Cefabene in the Treatment of Skin Wounds in Hand

目的观察壳聚糖医用生物流体敷料（施肤宁）治疗手部皮肤创伤的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月~2015年1月我院收治的130例手部皮肤创伤患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,两组患者均给予外科常规清理,在常规清理基础上观察组采用施肤宁治疗,对照组采用常规外科治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,且平均愈合时间少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论施肤宁治疗手部皮肤创伤具有临床效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of cefabene in the treatment of skin wounds in hand.Methods130 cases of hand skin trauma patients from June 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital as the research object, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group; two groups of patients were given conventional surgical cleaning. On the basis of routine cleaning,observation group used Cefabene treatment,the clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the average healing time was less than that of the control group,and it was statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of Cefabene treatment of hand skin trauma is significant.
