探讨普拉克索治疗帕金森的临床效果

Analysis on the Clinical Effects of Pramipexole in Treatment of Parkinson

目的探讨分析使用普拉克索治疗帕金森的临床效果。方法将我院治疗的治疗帕金森54例,分为治疗组和对照组各27例,对治疗组的患者使用普拉克索治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果普拉克索组治疗有效率为88.9%(48/54),对照组为77.8%(42/54),两组结果对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者使用普拉克索治疗比常规的治疗具有更高的治疗效果,也具有较高的临床使用安全性。

Objective Analysis on the clinical effect of pramipexole in the treatment of Parkinson.Methods54 cases of parkinson were treated in our hospital, and divided into treatment group and control group of 27 cases each group.Usimg pramipexole in the treatment of the patients in the treatment group, compared two groups of patients with treatment effect.Results Pramipexole treatment group effective rate was 88.9% （48/54）,the control group was 77.8%（42/54）. Comparing the result of two groups had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Patients with pramipexole treatment than conventional treatment has higher therapeutic effect and has higher security for clinical use.
