泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑对消化性溃疡致上消化道出血的疗效对照

The Clinical Effect of Pantoprazole and Omeprazole in Treating Peptic Ulcer Caused by Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的比较泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡致上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法我院消化内科收治的消化性溃疡致上消化道出血患者132例,随机分为观察组和对照组各66例,观察组患者给予泮托拉唑治疗,对照组患者给予奥美拉唑治疗。结果观察组患者总有效率为93.94%。对照组患者总有效率为78.79%。观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡致上消化道出血具有更好的效果,并且不良反应较少。

ObjectiveTo compare the effects of pantoprazole and omeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer caused by upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods In our hospital from department of gastroenterology of peptic ulcer caused by hemorrhage of upper digestive tract of 132 cases of patients,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group ,66 cases each,the patients in observation group were given pantoprazole and control group were treated with omeprazole.Results The total effective rate was 93.94% in the observation group.The total effective rate was 78.79% in the control group.The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion Pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer caused by upper digestive tract hemorrhage has better effect,and fewer adverse reactions.
