不同根充糊剂治疗牙根尖周病的临床效果比较

The Clinical Effect of Different Root Canal Sealers in the Treatment of Periapical Disease

目的探讨不同根充糊剂治疗牙根尖周病的临床疗效。方法随机将我院收治的120例牙根尖周病患者分为三组。A组采用丁香油氧化锌糊剂治疗;B组采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗;C组采用替硝唑丁香油氧化锌糊剂治疗,比较三组临床疗效。结果 B、C两组临床疗效优于A组(P<0.05);B组根尖反应发生率低于其它两组(P<0.05)。结论采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗牙根尖周病可有效改善其临床症状。

ObjectiveTo explore efficacy of different root canal sealers after root treatment of periapical disease.MethodsWe divided 120 cases of periapical disease into three groups randomly.Group A was treated with zinc oxide eugenol paste.Group B was treated with calcium hydroxide iodoform pasteagent.Group C was treated with indications for tinidazole zinc oxide eugenol paste.Compared the three groups of clinical curative effect. Results The clinical curative effect of B,C groups were significantly better than that of group A（P〈 0.05）,group B root reaction rate was significantly lower than the other two groups（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Calcium hydroxide iodoform paste in the treatment of periapical disease can effectively improve the clinical symptoms.
