脑卒中急性期患者的中医治疗体会

Traditional Chinese Cedicine in Treatment Experience of Patients With Acute Cerebral Stroke

目的对脑卒中急性期患者的中医治疗方法和治疗效果进行分析,总结治疗体会。方法选取于2012年8月~2015年4月期间在我院接受治疗的47例脑卒中急性期患者,随机分为对照组（23例）和治疗组（24例）进行研究,观察并比较常规西医治疗和中医治疗的临床效果。结果治疗组患者的治愈率和治疗总有效率分别为62.5%和91.7%,与对照组患者的21.7%和73.9%比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对脑卒中急性期患者给予中医治疗具有临床疗效,对改善患者的功能缺损情况以及提高患者的生活质量具有极其重要的临床作用和意义。

Objective The traditional chinese medicine treatment method and its effect for patients with acute cerebral stroke are to be studied and then summarize treatment experience.Methods 47patients with acute cerebral stroke were received and treated in hospital from August 2012 to April 2015 and separated them into control group（23 patients）and study group （24 patients） at random;and then observed and compared clinical effects of conventional western medication treatment and traditional Chinese medication treatment between two groups.ResultsTreatment efficacy in study group was 91.7%,which was much higher than 73.9% in control group; there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Traditional chinese medicine treatment has efficacy for patients with acute cerebral strokeit is conducive to improve patients’function damage; thus, such a treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied widespread.
