脊柱侧弯的多层螺旋CT应用价值探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脊柱侧弯采用多层螺旋CT检查的效果。方法选取脊柱侧弯患者40例,采用多层螺旋CT行全脊柱扫描。结果脊柱侧弯MSCT观察,依据分型不同,单胸椎主侧突诊断,共计32例,双胸椎主侧突8例。行重建显示,本次40例患者,在MPR中对图性的不连贯性有显示,经CPR曲面重建,可对椎管内状态显示。采用3D2SSD重建,椎体显示效果较MPR好。而4D2angio针对特发性脊柱侧弯评价,效果最好,除可对观察区域密度调节,还可对不同密度的周围脏器观察,获得理想的检测效果。结论针对脊柱侧弯,采用多层螺旋CT检查,可起到扫描全脊柱的效果,应用后处理技术,可对脊柱侧弯全面评价。 Objective Discussion on scoliosis multilayer spiral CT examination results.MethodsSelected 40 patients with scoliosis, multilayer spiral CT scaned with total spine. ResultsScoliosis MSCT observation according to diferent classification and the primary side of the conflict single thoracic diagnosis, the primary side of the conflict was 32 cases, double thoracic was 8 cases. Line reconstruction shows that this 40 patients, in the MPR in FIG sexual incoherence showing. Through CPR surface reconstruction, can display intraspinal status. Using 3D2SSD reconstruction, vertebral display was more significant than the MPR. The 4D2angio for idiopathic scoliosis evaluation was the best, in addition to the observation area density adjustment, but also on the efects of diferent density of the surrounding organs achieved the desired detection.Conclusion For scoliosis, multilayer spiral CT examination, can play a ful scan of the spine efect.
