摘要
目的对高龄患者临床麻醉进行探讨分析,了解麻醉特性和方法,减少患者接受手术治疗时承受的风险。方法 2012~2014年我院共接收了80例高龄临床患者,对其麻醉情况进行研究分析。结果对这些患者使用科学的麻醉方式,麻醉效果较好,手术如果使用麻醉不当会导致患者的死亡。结论高龄患者的麻醉要在术前进行身体情况评估,对合并症进行处理,使用最有效的麻醉方式。高龄患者手术以及术后的恢复过程需要做好监测工作,确保患者的安全。
Objective To investigate the clinical anesthesia of elderly patients, to understand the characteristics and methods of anesthesia, and reduce the risk of patients for surgical treatment.Methods From 2012 to 2014, 80 cases of elderly patients were received in our hospital.Results The use of scientific anesthesia for these patients, the effect of anesthesia in elderly patients could be better. To prevent to cause the death of patients.Conclusion Elderly patients with anesthesia is assessed in the preoperative ,and need to use the most effective mode of anesthesia.Elderly patients and postoperative recovery process need to do a good job in monitoring to ensure patient safety.
