褐藻寡糖对冷应激小鼠肝脏和胰腺的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨褐藻寡糖对小鼠抗冷应激对能力和冷应激对小鼠肝脏和胰腺的影响。方法将小鼠随机分成五组,每组8只。分别用生理盐水和0.75%、1.5%、3%不同浓度的褐藻寡糖进行灌胃,每只每天灌胃量0.3~0.5 ml,连续灌胃4周。之后对照组和实验组分别在(-5±1)℃条件下进行冷应激试验,观察应激前、后体重的变化、存活时间及行为改变;待小鼠死亡后,分别取出肝脏和胰腺,用电子天平称重,并计算其系数。系数=脏器(mg)/体重(g)×100%。结果冷应激时,小鼠表现为聚堆、肌肉震颤、心率加快、呼吸急迫、尿、粪潴留或失禁,体重降低;存活时间1.5%褐藻寡糖组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);肝脏和胰腺系数提高。结论褐藻寡糖能够提高小鼠的抗冷应激能力,肝脏和胰腺不同程度参与了冷应激反应,肝脏较胰腺活动明显。 Objective To study the effects of brown alginate oligosaccharides on anti-cold stress ability of mouse and on liver and pancreatic.Methods Mice were divided into 5 groups in random (n=8). NaCl of 0.9% and brown alginate oligosaccharide of 0.75%, 1.5% and 3% were affused into stomach respectively. Affusing capacity was 0.3~0.5 ml per mouse per day and lasted for 4 weeks. Then, cold stress were carried out on the conditions of (-5±1)℃ respectively for accord groups and test groups, and observed the changes on body weight before and after stress, survival time and behavioral alteration. After death, liver and pancreatic were took out and weighted by electric scale and calculated their coefficients. Coefficient =viscera(mg)/weight(g)×100%.ResultsUnder the condition of cold stress, it showed that mice were clustering, muscle tremor, respiration and heart rate speed up, urine and fecal retention or incontinence, body weight decreased. Survival time of 1.5%brown alginate oligosaccharides group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant(P〈 0.05). The coefficient of liver and pancreatic increased.Conclusion Brown alginate oligosaccharides can improve the capacity of anti-cold stress ability of mouse. Liver and pancreatic participates in cold stress activities to different extents. The actions of liver are more obvious than that of pancreatic in cold stress.
