摘要
目的分析优质护理对肝硬化失代偿期患者心理状况与生活质量的影响。方法将100例患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,分别采取优质护理和常规护理。结果观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分较对照组降低,生活质量较对照组提高,P<0.05。结论对肝硬化失代偿期患者采取优质护理,可提高患者生活质量。
Objective To analyze the impact of quality care of patients with decompensated cirrhosis for psychological status and quality of life.Methods100 patients were divided into observation group and control group, 50 patients were taken quality care and anther taken routine care. ResultsThe study group nursing SAS score, SDS score were lower than the control group,and the quality of life compared with the control group was higer,P〈 0.05. Conclusion Patients with decompensated cirrhosis take quality care, can improve quality of life.
