摘要
目的分析探讨舒适护理模式在肾病血液透析患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院于2013年4月~2014年4月收治的肾病血液透析患者120例作为临床研究对象,采用对比研究法,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。其中,观察组患者采用舒适护理模式加以护理,对照组患者采用常规护理。比较两组患者的心理状态评分。结果经过不同方式的护理之后,观察组患者的心理状态评分优于对照组,比较结果具有差异（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理模式在肾病血液透析患者中的应用价值高。
Objective To analyze the application value of comfortable nursing in patients with renal disease.Methods120 cases of hemodialysis patients treated in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 as a clinical study, using comparative study method, they were divided into observation group and control group, each group with 60 cases. Among them, the observation group of patients with comfort care mode, and the control group used conventional care. Mental status score of the two groups were compared.Results After different methods of nursing, the mental status of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the comparison results were significantly different（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Comfort nursing mode in patients with nephropathy hemodialysis has high application value.
