手术室手术部位切口感染预防及护理

Prevention and Nursing of Wound Infection in Operation Room

目的分析手术室部位切口感染的防护与护理。方法选取2014年4月份~2015年3月本院110例手术患者,按照随机分配的原则,将这110例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组55例患者,对对照组患者采取常规护理,对观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行优质护理。结果对观察组患者给予优质护理后,手术成功率为96.4%,切口感染率为3.6%,对照组55例患者中,切口感染率为21.8%,两组患者的护理效果及感染发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论有效地防护与护理措施在手术室中不仅能有效地降低切口感染的发生,也提高了手术成功率。

ObjectiveTo analyze the prevention and treatment of wound infection in operation room. MethodsAdopted during April 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital 110 cases of surgical patients.The 110 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 55 patients in each group.And in control group patients were treated with routine nursing. The observation group patients were treated with the routine care based on the high quality of nursing.ResultsThe patients in the observation group were given the quality of nursing care, the success rate of operation was 96.4%, the incision infection rate was 3.6%.Control group of 55 cases, incision infection rate was 21.8%.Two groups nursing effect of infection occurrence rate was statisticaly significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Effective protection and nursing measures in the operation room can not only effectively reduce the incidence of wound infection, but also improve the success rate of operation.
