摘要
目的研究分析临床路径应用于呼吸科住院患者的健康教育的临床意义及其应用价值。方法选择2012年6月~2014年6月,本院呼吸科收治的120例住院患者作为临床试验研究对象,随机将120例患者分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规健康教育,实验组患者应用临床路径给予综合性健康教育,对比两组患者的健康知识了解程度、治疗依从性以及患者及家属对健康教育服务的满意程度。结果实验组患者在健康知识了解程度、治疗依从性、健康教育服务满意度的临床评价指标上均优于对照组(P〈0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论将临床路径应用于呼吸科住院患者的健康教育,可以有效提高患者对健康知识的了解程度和治疗依从性,提高患者及家属对临床护理工作的满意度。
Objective To study the clinical path of respiratory applied to health education in hospitalized patients and its clinical significance value.Methods From June 2012 to June 2014 period, the hospital treated 120 cases of respiratory hospitalized patients as a clinical trial study.120 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,the control group were treated with routine health education.The experimental group were given clinical pathway comprehensive health knowledge level of understanding of health education,then compared two groups of patients, treatment compliance for patients and their families as wel as health education service satisfaction.Results The patients in the level of understanding of health knowledge, treatment compliance, clinical evaluation of health education service satisfaction were significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05),and had a statisticaly significant difference.Conclusion The clinical pathway applied to health education of respiratory hospitalized patients can improve the patient's level of understanding of health knowledge and treatment compliance, improve patient and family satisfaction with clinical care.
