急诊护理程序在脑出血昏迷患者救治中的应用

Application of Emergency Nursing Procedure in Treatment of Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的就脑出血昏迷患者救治中应用急诊护理程序的效果进行分析。方法采取2013年8月~2014年7月本院救治的80例脑出血昏迷患者,按照随机分配的原则,将这80例患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例患者,对对照组患者采取常规护理,对观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行急诊护理程序,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果对观察组患者实施急诊护理程序后,40例患者中,38例患者康复出院,出现1例死亡,1例无效,死亡率为2.5%,对对照组患者实行常规护理后,31例患者康复出院,4例无效,5例死亡,死亡率为12.5%,两组患者的护理效果比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在脑出血昏迷患者救治中应用急诊护理程序有助于提高救治效率,降低死亡率,促进患者的健康。

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing program in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage coma patients.Methods During August 2013 to July 2014,the hospital treated 80 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients.The 80 cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 patients in each group.The control group patients were treated with routine nursing, the observation group patients on the basis of routine nursing treated with emergency nursing program,then compared two groups of patients with nursing effect.ResultsAfter implementation of procedure of emergency nursing of patients in the observation group, 40 patients, 38 patients recovered and were discharged, 1 cases died, and mortality rate was 2.5%, while the control group received routine nursing care, 31 cases of patients were discharged from the hospital, 5 cases died. The mortality rate was 12.5%.The nursing effect of the two groups of patients compared differences, there are statisticaly significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The application of emergency nursing process can help to improve the efficiency of treatment, reduce the mortality and promote the health of patients.
