摘要
目的研究总结临床护理路径在肛裂择期手术中的作用。方法研究分析2013年~2014年我院收治的肛裂择期手术治疗患者78例,随机分为两组,对照组39例患者接受常规护理,观察组39例实施临床护理路径,统计评价不同护理实施效果。结果观察组患者的住院时间、平均治疗费用以及护理满意率与对照组相比均有差异（P〈0.05）。结论肛裂择期手术实施临床护理路径,可缩短住院时间,提高术后护理质量,实施护理效果良好。
ObjectiveTo summarize the role of clinical nursing path for fissure elective surgery.Methods Analysis of 2013 to 2014 treated in our hospital for elective surgery 78 patients ,they were randomly divided into two groups, 39 patients each. Control group （39 cases） received conventional care, observation group（39 cases） implemented clinical nursing path,then to evaluat different treatments’ effect. ResultsThe patients’ of observation group hospital stay, the average cost of treatment and care satisfaction rate compared with the control group were significantly different （P ＆lt; 0.05）. ConclusionThe anal fissure elective surgery implement of clinical nursing path, can greatly shorten the hospital stay,and improve the quality of nursing effect.
