产后抑郁症分析及护理体会

Analysis of Postpartum Depression and Nursing Experience

目的分析产后抑郁症的护理体会。方法搜集我院妇产科2014年2月~2015年2月诊治的47例产后抑郁症患者,根据护理方式不同分为两组,甲组采用心理护理,乙组采用基础护理,对比最终的护理效果。结果甲组患者的护理有效率92.0%（23/25）高于乙组81.8%（18/22）,P〈0.05;甲组患者的满意度96.0%高于乙组77.3%,P〈0.05;治疗后患者的SDS评分低于治疗前,而且甲组患者的SDS评分低于乙组,P〈0.05。结论产后抑郁症采用心理护理,可以有效提高患者的护理满意度和护理有效率。

Objective Nursing experience of postpartum depression is to be investigated.Methods47 patients with postpartum depression who were treated in gynecology department of hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 and separated them into two groups according to diferent treatment methods.Patients in Group A were given psychological nursing and patients in Group B were given elementary nursing, and then compared patients’ nursing efects between two groups. ResultsNursing eficacy in study group was 92.0% （23/25）, which was much higher than 81.8% （18/22） in control group,P〈 0.05.Patients’ satisfaction rate in Group A was 96.0% , which was much higher than 77.3% in Group B,P〈 0.05.Patients’ SDS scores after treatment were quite lower than counterparts before treatment, and what’s more, patients’ SDS scores in Group A were quite lower than counterparts in Group B,P〈 0.05.Conclusion Psychological nursing is of great eficacy for postpartum depression.It is conducive to increasing patients’ satisfaction and treatment eficacy.
