梅尼埃病的纯音听阈与声反射阈的关系

The Relationship Between Pure Auditory Threshold and Acoustic Reflex Threshold of Meniere's Disease.

梅尼埃病是以膜迷路积水为主要组织病理学特征的一种内耳疾病，蜗性听力损害为其主征之一。本文通过２ｌ２例（耳），分析此病同侧声反射阈与听阈之间的关系，结果表明：声反射阈随听力减退的程度增加而下降，而响度重振的阳性率则随听力减退程度的增加而提高。

Meniere's disease is a kind of inner ear disease which was found to be the essential histopathologic specificity of hydrolabyrinth. Cochlear acoustic traumas is one of the main specificity of this disease. In this article,the relation between same side acoustic reflex threshold and auditory threshold through examination of 2l2 cases were analysed.The result showed that the more serious the dysacousia,the lower the acoustic reflex threshold,but the positive rate of loudness recruitment increases as the dysacousia increases.
