摘要
中国绘画传统作为一个体系,以笔墨为其最核心的成就。拥有五个层级的笔墨典范,实质上是群体性的人格理想的表征系统。用文艺作品唤起人的内摹仿能力,经由长时间的锻炼实现自我塑造,逐渐趋近群体性的理想人格,这是中国文艺的宗旨。把笔墨典范看作人格理想的表征系统,"字如其人""画如其人"的论断可以得到恰当的解释。以人格信仰为基础,中国画的笔墨在历史上对人的自我完善发挥过重要作用,在未来仍然具有文化价值与社会意义。
In the Chinese Traditional painting system, the brush-pen-and-ink model has constituted its core achievement. With five levels, the brush-pen-and-ink model is in essence the characterization system of groupment ideal of personality. Chinese art is aimed to promote people' s inner ability for imitation through artistic works, and to gradually realize the groupment ideal of personality through self-moulding after long-term tempering. As this is accepted, such sayings as "the style of the handwriting is the calligrapher", and "the style of the painting is the artist" can be explained appropriately. The brush-pen-and-ink model in Chinese traditional painting has been based on the artist' s personal belief, and has historically played an important role in the artist' s self-improvement. This model will continue to have its cultural value and social significance in the future.
